The Michelle Project

Make a donation that will impact struggling mothers in our community!

The Michelle Project is a volunteer-led, non-profit program for low-income and/or single–parent women with families who are struggling to find safe, affordable housing, better jobs, and a stable life for themselves.

Some of the women we support are emerging from abusive situations, and all are in desperate need of emotional support, advocacy, and temporary financial assistance while they build a healthy network of support that lifts them out of a hopeless situation. We remain in contact with these families even after the “official” timeframe of the program has reached its end. In so doing, we transform from “committee” to “community” in our commitment to each other.
